DANELLE ADKINS
Danelle Adkins has been a resident of the Lowcountry since attending College of Charleston in 2001. Prior to joining us here she had lived in North Carolina, Mexico, and Georgia.
Danelle started her career in the tourism/hospitality management industry at our local tour companies as a manager of customer service and group sales. She then worked several years in customer service both for the telecommunications and automotive industry. Danelle has a niche for providing excellent customer service and being an advocate for clients.
With four children and a husband, Danelle stays busy on the road most weeknights and weekends between baseball and competitive cheer events. When not busy with life, she enjoys spending the day poolside with her family grilling out and playing cornhole.

Chase grew up and now lives in South Carolina with his wife and two children, who he hopes one day will enjoy the world of real estate the same way he does. He has spent many years studying, traveling, and working around the world. His time in the Marines and Secret Service, as well as on personal trips, have taken him to 36 countries on every continent but Antarctica (it’s on the list), along with 49 out of 50 states (last one is also on the list, haha)! These experiences have given him a wonderful appreciation for many cultures and different walks of life. He takes that appreciation and approach when working with clients, knowing each situation is unique.
Although real estate, law enforcement, and the military do not always directly correlate, they do have one thing in common for Chase: his desire to serve others, whether around the world, across the nation, or right here at home in his community.
